Children and teens 18 years of age and younger may receive weekend “Meals to Go” on select dates. To participate, a parent or guardian must complete the weekly Google Form by the deadline to reserve meals. All four Google Forms are listed below with the pick up date. The forms will also be emailed to families each week. Meals can be picked up at HPES or BHP.
