Your child is a New Student only if:

Your child has never attended Anderson 2, or
Your child was not active in an Anderson 2 school 
on the last day of school for the 2023-2024 school year.

Registration for children not currently enrolled in Anderson School District 2 and who will be:

  • 4 years old by September 1st (4K Free CERDEP Full Day)

    • Must meet income (see chart below)


    • Medicaid eligibility

  • 5 years old by September 1st (5K Traditional Full Day)

Your child is a Returning Student if:

Your child is currently enrolled with Anderson 2 in one of the following programs:

  • Tuition-Based PreK Program (Parent Paid 3-4 year-old student program)

  • 4K program (CERDEP- FREE 4 year-old program to parents who meet income requirements)

  • Montessori Program (Marshall Primary School only)

  • 3K/4K Preschool Special Education Class (Special Services class)

Parents of Returning Students should select to login to FinalForms. Do NOT create a New Account. NOTE: New student forms submitted for students who are currently enrolled will be deleted. No Exceptions.

Family Income Eligibility Table 2024-2025

Students eligible for the South Carolina Child Early Reading and Development Educations Program (CERDEP) must provide evidence of either Medicaid eligibility or a documented family income at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty definition promulgated annually by the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Tuition-based Preschool Program

Anderson School District Two offers a tuition-based program for children who are 3-4 years of age on or before September 1st. This program is available at our Honea Path Elementary and Marshall Primary campuses only. Our program is taught by a certified teacher, and follows the South Carolina Early Learning Standards.

Parents who are interested in the tuition-based program should complete the required online registration listed above and select the tuition-based parent paid program option.
A non-refundable deposit payment is required to reserve your spot and is applied to your 1st month's payment. After-school care will not be available for the 2024-2025 school year.

School Information

Honea Path Elementary

Online or On-Site Registration for 4-K and 5-year-old Kindergarten

Honea Path Elementary will be open daily from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM beginning on February 6th. To register a student, parents must provide the child's birth certificate, immunization records, 2 proofs of residency, and a valid driver's license. Please note a driver's license is NOT proof of residence but is required for identification purposes.  Call the school at 369-7612 for further questions or assistance.

Marshall Primary School

Online Registration for 4-K and 5-year-old Kindergarten

Registration for Marshall Primary will be available online only as of February 6th. If parents need to come to the school, please call the school office at 369-4716 to schedule an appointment.  Montessori registration will be open during the month of February only.

Wright Elementary School

Online or On-Site Registration
for 5-year-old Kindergarten Only

(There will be no pre-kindergarten services provided at Wright Elementary.  Students within this school zone may apply at Marshall Primary or Honea Path Elementary for 4-year-old pre-kindergarten.)

Wright Elementary will open registration beginning on February 6, 2024 from 8:30 - 2:00.  To register parents must provide the child's birth certificate, immunization record, 2 proofs of residency, and a parent driver's license.  Please note a driver's license is NOT proof of residence but is required for identification purposes.
