Elementary ELA:
Students in grades 3–5 achieved over 70% meeting or exceeding expectations — a strong indicator of their hard work and dedication!
Middle School ELA:
Our middle school students showed remarkable improvement from last year:
- 6th Grade: 60% to 68% Meets & Exceeds
- 7th Grade: 52% to 64% Meets & Exceeds
End-of-Course Exams:
Scores improved across the board, reflecting the commitment of both students and teachers to academic excellence.
Advanced Placement Success:
Our high school AP students continue to shine!
- AP Language – 100% passage rate
- AP Art – 100% passage rate
- AP Calculus – 83% passage rate

Anderson Two had three Board members to earn recognition by the South Carolina School Boards Association (SCSBA) for achievement in the association’s 2024-2025 Boardmanship Institute. SCSBA Boardmanship Institute offers a year-round training curriculum focused on leadership skills to help board members develop skills and stay abreast of state and national educational issues. This incredible event brings together students and employers from Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens Counties at the Anderson County Civic Center. Students had the opportunity to explore a wide range of industries and career pathways, talk with local business leaders, and gain valuable insight into the exciting opportunities available right here in our community.
After visiting the Showcase, students continued their day of exploration with a tour of Erskine College, where they got a glimpse of campus life and learned about future academic opportunities.
Events like this help connect education to the real world — inspiring our students to dream big and prepare for the careers of tomorrow!

October 2 is a special day to celebrate the unsung heroes of education—our school custodians! Custodians are essential to the success of every school. In our district, they work as a true team—sharing supplies, best practices, and lending a hand wherever needed. Their dedication shines through each summer as they prepare our buildings, making sure every hallway and classroom is fresh and welcoming for the first day of school. When cold and flu season arrives, our custodians go above and beyond to sanitize classrooms and high-touch areas, protecting the health of students and staff. They create safe, clean learning environments every single day, and many of them go the extra mile by learning students’ names and building caring connections.
Today, we proudly recognize and thank our custodians for their hard work, professionalism, and heart. Anderson 2 is a better place because of you!
